The user of the website www.barratio.fr (hereinafter referred to as "the website") undertakes to read and comply with these general conditions throughout his or her browsing on the website.

The www.barratio.fr website consists of making the software available in SAAS "Barratio", which optimizes the accounting management of cafés, hotels and restaurants.

To access the service offered online by the Site, each User must first make a registration request, providing personal data concerning him/her, essential for the proper functioning of the service and the placing of the order (including name, first name, if applicable, title, telephone number and valid e-mail address).


BARRATIO cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any information that may be erroneous or fraudulent communicated by Users.


The User undertakes not to create or use any accounts other than the one initially created, whether under his own identity or that of a third party.
